Specialising in Southeast Asian cuisine, South & East is a fast-casual restaurant that draws heavily from Eve’s Indonesian heritage, crafting dishes that achieve a harmonious balance of spice, sweetness, sourness, and saltiness. With a charcoal grill at the heart of their cooking, their food is bursting with bold, soulful flavours that blend vibrant spices and influences from across Southeast Asia.
