Shining the spotlight are two special Hennessy tasting menus, each designed to pair harmoniously with the rich and complex flavours of Hennessy, featuring delicacies such as Miyazaki Wagyu Beef, Fish Maw Soup, 4-head South African Abalone, Roasted Suckling Pig, and more. Alongside the special edition Hennessy menus, Cherry Garden presents five other curated menus of auspicious dishes in celebration of the Lunar New Year. Signature highlights include 4-head South African Abalone with sea cucumber and dried oyster boulettes, signifying a year of abundance and good luck, or delight in the tender texture of Steamed Marble Goby Fillet in duo garlic, a representation of prosperity and wealth. A timeless dish symbolising longevity, savour the taste of reunion and happiness with the Braised ee-fu noodles complemented by Hokkaido scallop and prawn in scallion sauce. A comforting bowl of Chilled guava with peach gum and mini glutinous rice ball celebrates togetherness and concludes the delectable meal on a sweet note.
Toss to a prosperous year with five selections of the ubiquitous Yu Sheng platter, from the classic Prosperity Yu Sheng topped with Arctic clam, home cured salmon and crispy fish skin, to the Triumph Yu Sheng, a luxurious rendition featuring an ensemble of premium ingredients including cooked lobster meat and hamachi.
Perfect for gifting or a celebratory feasting, share the joy of the Spring Festival with auspicious Lunar New Year delicacies. A symbol of wealth and abundance, delight in Cherry Garden Superior Pot, a lavish pen cai dish with a treasure trove of premium seafood and meat.
