ACT 3 International, Singapore’s flagship arts company dedicated to promoting the arts to young audiences, is thrilled to present ‘Cooking with Your Feet’, an enchanting theatrical performance like no other that is perfect for 4 years and up.
From 13 to 21 April 2024, audiences can witness the extraordinary talent of Verónica González, renowned for her mesmerising performances on America’s Got Talent Season 12. Through the art of puppetry and storytelling, Veronica promises to captivate and inspire audiences of all ages as her feet transform into characters that take audiences on a captivating journey into the heart of Italian culinary art, skillfully blending music, poetry, rhythm, and grace in a sensory feast for the soul.
The performance invites one and all to ‘meet’ the visionary chef, Pellegrino Artusi, who transformed cooking into an art form. Born in 1820, Artusi, accompanied by his trusted partner Marietta, embarks on a culinary journey through Italy, capturing the essence of its delectable dishes, set against the backdrop of Italy’s musical greats – Rossini, Verdi, and Puccini. Veronica’s magical performances have enchanted hearts across the globe, leaving an indelible mark on audiences in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and beyond. Now, Singapore audiences have the opportunity to experience her unique artistry firsthand.
