Available at the TOP of UOB Plaza, PARKROYAL on Beach Road and PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road outlets, diners can look forward to indulge and feast on unique menu from each outlet that is helmed by their respective Executive Chefs that is set to impress!

The new Executive Chef Chan Shun Wong and Master Dim Sum Chef Peng Yi Chun will bring to diners delicious seafood creations that are also elegantly presented.
Handmade Steamed Pufferfish Dumplings ( 像生河豚蒸饺子 )
This dim sum dish is a crowd-favourite handcrafted by Master Dim Sum Chef Peng Yi Chun is making a comeback this year. Chef Peng uses squid ink to create the likeness of a real pufferfish and Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant is the only Chinese restaurant using pufferfish in their dishes in Singapore.

Sliced Pufferfish with Fresh Chilli and Sesame ( 芝麻红汤河豚 ) and Steamed Giant Garoupa in Sichuan Peppercorn Sauce ( 青藤椒蒸龙胆鱼 )
Sliced Pufferfish with Fresh Chilli and Sesame, this flavourful broth will give you a spicy punch and a delightful numbing experience. Steamed Giant Garoupa in Sichuan Peppercorn Sauce uses fresh Giant Garoupa drenched in a sour, spicy and numbing bright yellow sauce that is prepared with fresh green peppercorn, directly imported from China.

Double-boiled Soup with Homemade Shun De Minced Fishball ( 顺德鱼滑锅 )
This luxurious double-boiled soup comes in a single-serve order filled with various seafood items such as Shunde fishballs, mussels and prawns, as part of a seafood buffet feast. You can have the option to top up $10 for a portion of Crispy Rice (脆米) to add a little more crunchiness to this delicious soup.
Enjoy this sumptuous Seafood Combination Platter that comes with Lobster Salad, Crispy Fish Skin with Salted Egg Yolk, Soft Shell Crab in Osmanthus Sauce and Marinated Jellyfish with assorted shredded carrots and mushrooms.
