Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo Outlet Opens at Resorts World Singapore

The all-time Singaporean favourite, Ramen Keisuke has opened their second Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo outlet at Resorts World Singapore (RWS).

Diners visiting the outlet at RWS can look forward to enjoy its latest menu offering the signature Tonkotsu Ramen, Tokyo Shoyu Ramen and the French-inspired lobster bisque, Lobster Ramen, that was previously available exclusively at Ramen Keisuke Lobster King located at Clarke Quay. The highlights of the menu include seasonal localised creations featuring Bak Kut Teh Ramen, Mee Pok Maze Soba and Laksa Ramen, which the latter will be available from 13 January onwards for a limited period of 3 months.

Laksa Ramen, $15.90

Laksa is a favourite local food for many Singaporeans. This flavourful Laksa uses the Japanese ramen that has an extra springy texture and goes exceptionally well with the lobster broth that is used to create the gravy. Add a scoop of Kara-Miso (minced pork and dried Sakura Ebi) to create a richer gravy and squeeze some lemon juice for an added zesty burst of flavour.

Mee Pok Maze Soba, $15.90 Coming soon

Try out this new comfort food version of Mee Pok that many Singaporeans enjoy, it has all the essential ingredients like braised mushrooms in Mee Pok sauce, chilli padi, shallots, black fungus and fishballs. This Japaneses style version of savoury and richly favoured Mee Pok Maze Soba comes with an onsen egg, meant for diners to break and mix the runny yolk with all the ingredients in it.

Bak Kut Teh Ramen, $15.90 Coming soon

Diners will be delighted to know that the superstar BaK Kut Teh ramen will be making a comeback with an improved recipe. Featuring ramen with the texture of Mee Sau that is nicely presented in a bowl with generous serving of premium pork rib and tendon, fried garlic soaked in the soup to further elevate taste of the peppery broth. This dish is also served with fried fritters, and the spicy staple – Chilli Padi and sweet dark sauce.
