This Christmas, PS.Cafe celebrates with a festive menu of traditional favourites as well as some creative, Christmas twists on the classics. PS.Cafe’s Christmas menu of specials will be available from now till 26th December.
Here’s the highlights of what you can look forward to enjoy from PS.Cafe’s New Christmas Menu as follows:
Festive Apetitisers
Petit Turkey Cranberry Caesar ($18++)
Baked Brie ($22++) – A yummy bowl of joy packed with the seasonal flavours of fig balsamic marmalade and sweet candied walnuts which complement the creamy indulgence of a baked brie round.
Petit Turkey Cranberry Caesar ($18++) – Fresh meets festive in this joy filled salad bowl, which comprises baby cos, bacon, parmesan, baked croutons and a poached egg.
Grilled Haloumi ($18++) – Tuck into the tangy richness of haloumi resting on a bed of green herb hummus. This earthy dish is further elevated by a sweet garlic honey dressing.
Main Courses
PS. Traditional Christmas Dinner ($38++) – A quintessential festive dish with a little bit of everything, PS.Cafe’s Christmas dinner showcases succulent oven-roasted turkey layered with an apricot-glazed leg ham and chestnut and sage stuffing. This irresistible spread is accompanied by roasted pumpkin, potatoes, and broccoli.
Bacon Wrapped Beef Filet Mignon ($54++) – For the beef lover, this dish stars a supreme, juicy filet wrapped in bacon and cooked to perfection. The dish further comprises balsamic eschalots, confit cherry tomatoes and is served atop a bed of Paris mash and drizzled with a herby rosemary and thyme béarnaise.
Chargrilled Pasture Fed Tasmanian Rack of Lamb ($48++) – This comforting and indulgent dish features the delicious pastoral flavours of tender rack of lamb with traditional favourites such as hasselback butternut squash, candied walnut dukkah, mashed potato and a jolly cherry brandy jus.
Lobster Rockefeller & Torn Prawn Linguine ($46++) – Rich, delicious and completely over the top, which is everything Christmas food should be this dish features half a Boston lobster, a zingy tomato relish, chilli and a fragrant herbed gremolata crumb.
Dessert
A festive twist on one of PS.Cafe’s iconic desserts the Christmas Sticky Date Pudding ($15++) is a must-try to round off your Christmas feast. PS.Cafe’s Christmas rendition of this fan favourite features decadent rum and brandy soaked festive fruits set within its rich sponge. It is served drenched in a delicious brandy butterscotch sauce and topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
For those who just can’t get enough of the Christmas Sticky Date Pudding, its also available as a whole cake for takeaway ($30++). A delicious Christmas dinner centrepiece for festive celebrations at home, or the perfect holiday gift for someone special. Celebrate the season of good cheer with an array of delicious holiday inspired cocktails created by PS.Cafe’s inhouse mixologists.

Christmas Cooler ($23++) comprises a yummy mix of Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin, which is distilled using real Christmas puddings, Fever Tree Ginger Ale, lemon juice, orange juice, luxardo maraschino cherries and a cinnamon stick for extra festive flavour. Named after the big guy himself the St. Nick Negroni ($24++) is a seasonal twist on a classic. Featuring Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin, Mancino Rosso Vermouth, Garofoli Guasco Montepulciano and Christmas spices.
