First up, seafood lovers can indulge in an array of seafood delights, sashimi and sushi platters from the Ice Bars. Go for the Frutti Di Mare Platter consisting of fresh seafood like Oysters, Snow Crabs, Sea Prawns and Mussels with accompanying condiments and or Sashimi Platter consisting of Tuna, Salmon and Octopus.

Oscar’s Sunday Brunch brings new recipes, they are Wagyu Beef Short Ribs served with Kimchi Fried Rice and Furikake, Lobster Mee Sua and Roasted London Duck Chawanmushi. The Wagyu Beef Short Ribs served with Kimchi Fried Rice and Furikake, the beef is so tender and juicy, sits on a bed of flavourful Kimchi Fried Rice, topped with a Poached Egg. Lobster Mee Sua, this is a comforting and delicious bowl of mee sua, a very thin variety of salted noodles made from wheat flour that is topped with fresh piece of Lobster meat. Roasted London Duck Chawanmushi consisting of a warm Japanese-style and silky egg custard topped with savoury Roasted London Duck meat.

For those craving for anything hot and spicy, go for the Mala Steamed Fish, Singapore Chili Crab and Smokey Tossed Hot Pepper Chicken (La Zi Ji) guaranteed to set your tongues on fire and have your heart racing with its pipping hot and aromatic spices.
Mala Steamed Fish, the fresh fish meat has a firm and soft texture with hot mala sauce, fried peanuts for added crunch, sprinkled with sesame seeds and scallions. Singapore Chili Crab, this is one of Singapore’s favourite local dishes, the fresh crab meat is stir fry well with thick spicy and slightly sweet chili sauce. This dish is served with crisy and fluffy deep fried mantou. Smokey Tossed Hot Pepper Chicken (La Zi Ji), the tasty, crispy chicken pieces are fried and tossed with hot and fiery aromatic chilies and spices.
