We have earlier shared about the coming My Little Pony: Friendship Run 2016 and we are so excited that the run is finally here! The day has come, Our Parenting World (OPW) Team put on My Little Pony: Friendship Run 2016 T-Shirts and our running gear to participate in the first ever My Little Pony: Friendship Run 2016 held today at Sentosa Palawan Green from 8am to 2pm.
The event is a huge success with more than 5,500 fans took part bringing their families and friends together to take part and celebrate the Magic of Friendship with their favourite My Little Ponies: Twilight Sparkle, Apple Jack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash at Singapore’s very first My Little Pony: Friendship Run under license from Hasbro, Inc.
While waiting to run and or after completing the run, participants can take part in a series of fun-filled My Little Pony themed fringe activities and merchandise booths of collectibles at the Ponyville Marketplace. There are activities for children including making your own badges, drawings, watching My Little Pony animation, and many more.

There are three different race categories at My Little Pony: Friendship Run 2016. They are the 6KM Bestie Run, where best friends came hand in hand to celebrate the Magic of Friendship; the 1KM Pony Kids Run, where parents bonded with their children while exploring the elements of harmony; as well as the 4KM Fun Run, where fans came together to share their love for My Little Pony.
We take part in the 4KM Fun Run and it is also our very first 4KM run! Fortunately the whole run is quite fun as we run and venture through the different zones which include Bubbles in the Air, Sparkle Zone, Rainbow Zone and “Say Cheese” which make our run interesting.
We have reached the fun zone where we are greeted with huge rainbow balloons sculptures. This is a delight to many runners as we stop at this fun zone to take pictures.
Yay! We have reached 3KM and 1 more KM to go!
Finally, we have completed our 4KM Fun Run!
Congratulations to all the runners! All runners who have completed the run will receive an exclusive finisher medal. Thank you for the fabulous My Little Pony: Friendship Run 2016, fun run and we look forward to the next running event!
