Fortune salmon yusheng with honey miso peach dressing, condiments 味增黄金蜜桃酱彩色, 三文鱼鱼生
To start, the Fortune Yusheng with Salmon, drizzled in Honey Miso Peach Dressing and accompanied by an array of condiments, was a delightful introduction. The combination of fresh ingredients and vibrant flavours made for a refreshing and auspicious beginning to our meal.
Double-boiled collagen soup with Sakura chicken, premium yellow jade sea cucumber, Brazil mushroom, cordyceps flower 美颜高汤伴巴西菇虫草花黄玉参樱花鸡
The Double-Boiled Collagen Soup was a standout highlight, featuring Sakura Chicken, Premium Yellow Jade Sea Cucumber, Brazil Mushroom, and Cordyceps Flower. The broth was rich and comforting, with each ingredient contributing to a harmonious blend that left a lingering warmth.
Steamed tiger grouper, crispy preserved radish, superior soya sauce, scallions 香酥好菜头蒸龙虎斑
The Steamed Tiger Grouper, adorned with Crispy Preserved Radish and drizzled with Superior Soya Sauce and Scallions, showcased the chef’s expertise in preparing delicate and perfectly cooked seafood. The flavours were balanced, allowing the natural sweetness of the fish to shine through.
Braised South Africa five-head abalone, tiger prawns, Japanese flower mushroom 古法红烧南非 5 头鲍鱼,老虎虾球扣日本花菇
The Braised South Africa Five-Head Abalone and Tiger Prawns with Japanese Flower Mushroom was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to using premium ingredients. The abalone was tender, and the prawns were succulent, creating a luxurious and satisfying dish.

A delightful surprise came in the form of the Wok-Fried Trio Glutinous Rice, featuring Duo Cured Pork Sausage, Mushrooms, Black Moss, and Honey-Glazed Barbecued Duroc Pork Char Siew, complemented by the burst of umami from the Ikura. The medley of textures and flavours made this dish a standout.

Our culinary journey concluded on a sweet note with the Chilled Pumpkin Puree, adorned with Longan, Lotus Seeds, Peach Collagen, and Sweet Golden Nian Gao. This dessert was a perfect blend of traditional elements and contemporary flair, providing a satisfying end to our hearty meal.

Upholding Man Fu Yuan’s tradition of welcoming the Lunar New Year with a 60-inch Yu Sheng, the show-stopping ‘Dragon’s Wealth’ Yu Sheng 龙飞凤舞喜捞生 ($888++ serves up to 10 guests) features a magnificent dragon head and tail that symbolises strength, power, health, and good luck for the New Year. Crafted with precision and adorned with luxurious ingredients including rock lobster, sea urchin, ikura, shredded dried Hokkaido scallops, salmon sashimi and crispy fish skin, completed with a dash refreshing honey miso golden peach dressing and shallot oil. Adding on to the fun element of a Yu Sheng, each ‘Dragon’s Wealth’ Yu Sheng comes with four lucky numbers for an auspicious new year ahead.
Aside from the grand ‘Dragon’s Wealth’ Yu Sheng, diners may also opt for Man Fu Yuan’s three other Yu Sheng selection – Prosperity Yu Sheng 瑞龙呈祥齐捞 ($188++ serves up to 10 guests, $128++ serves up to 5 guests) packed with premium ingredients such as the crispy shredded dried Hokkaido scallops, rock lobster, ikura, salmon sashimi, crispy fish skin topped with the new honey miso golden peach dressing; or Abundance Yu Sheng 合家齐捞起 ($138++ serves up to 10 guests, $98++ serves up to 5 guests) with salmon sashimi, ikura, crispy fish skin topped with honey miso golden peach dressing. PROSPERITY PRIX-FIXE MENUS AND SIGNATURE ALA CARTE DISHES
Upholding the tradition of masterfully created dishes at Man Fu Yuan, Executive Chinese Chef Aaron Tan and his team have put together a bevy of specialty dishes steeped in auspiciousness. With a selection of eight different set menus, diners can be assured of a suitable option, whether for an intimate dining for two persons, or an extravagant gathering for ten or more persons.
For a fuss-free menu catering to big groups, the five-course Blissfulness Prix-Fixe Menu 幸福满满 priced at $888++ for five guests features a grand display of Man Fu Yuan’s signatures including the Man Fu Yuan Abundance Treasure Pot 龙腾虎跃金汤盆菜, brimming with over 18 premium ingredients such as the five-head whole abalone, rock lobster, premium sea cucumber, tiger palm mushroom, dried whole scallop, South Africa fish maw and dace fish ball. Conclude the meal with the all-time favourite – Chilled Pumpkin Purée, Logan, Lotus Seed and Peach Collagen with Sweet Golden Nian Gao.
The lavish seven-course Harvest Prix-Fixe Menu 六六大顺 is one extravagant feast to please. Priced at $1,498++ for 5 guests, the menu features top-notch quality ingredients. Be blown away by the array of curated dishes including the Double-boiled Collagen Soup with Sakura Chicken, Premium Fish Maw, Premium Yellow Jade Sea Cucumber, Brazil Mushroom, Cordyceps Flower served in Coconut Husk, Steamed Atlantic Cod Fish Fillet and Smoked Roasted Irish duck with Wild Mushroom and Truffle Sauce.
