Enjoy and feast to your heart’s content with a Mediterranean feast at AquaMarine featuring highlights like Moroccan Braised Baby Lamb, Salmon Provençal, Keftedes, Paella de Marisco (Seafood Paella) and Turkish Kunefe (a cheese-filled dessert).
Moroccan Braised Baby Lamb is a flavourful dish that has been slow-cooked for 36 hours with smoked paprika. This dish has rich Moroccan taste coming from a blend of aromatic spices resulting in the meat being so wonderfully tender and delicious!
Salmon Provençal featuring fresh and succulent catch from the sea, absolutely mouth-watering dish with tomato and zucchini ‘scales’ and warm olive relish on salmon fillet.
Keftedes also known as Greek meatballs, it is a famous Greek appetizer that is enjoyed by many. This delightful dish is served with tzatziki and pita.
