Famous Palace located at Seletar Country Club is an elegant restaurant serving mainly Nanyang cuisine influenced by Teochew, Hokkien, Cantonese, Hainanese and Peranakan cuisines. Famous Palace features an elegant and classy interior, private rooms are available for birthday celebrations and special events, with a total seating capacity of 160 diners.
Famous Palace is the fourth restaurant under the Famous Dining Group. The other three restaurants are Famous Kitchen, Famous Treasure and Famous Hangout. Headed by a team of brothers and sisters, Jeff, Jenny and Kris Foo, the Famous Dining Group has come a long way, harnessing over 40 years of experience. Famous Palace continues to honour the culinary heritage of the Foo family by using traditional recipes. Over time, these recipes have been adapted and recalibrated to suit the palates of Singaporeans. This resulted in many accolades and accomplishments for the restaurants under the Famous Dining Group including being recommended by the Michelin Guide 2019 and 2021.

During the media tastings, we tried out a variety of sumptuous and delicious dishes as above such as Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Peach Essence & Morel Mushroom, Signature Steamed Cod Fish with Preserved Vegetable, Deep-fried Tiger Prawn with Golden Crispy Garlic & Dried Chilli, Wok-fried Pork Rib with Sweet & Soup Plum Sauce, Sautéed Fresh Asparagus with White Oyster Mushroom & Dried Shrimp, Teochew Yam Paste with Gingko Nut & Pumpkin, Gula Melaka Sago Pudding with Gula Melaka and other fabulous dishes.
