The rich and aromatic classic XO Cantonese Rice Dumpling ($36.80 per piece) is filled with abalone, iberico pork belly, dried oyster, conpoy, Japanese flower mushroom, and perfectly complemented by chef’s homemade XO sauce for an added zing. This parcel-shaped rice dumpling packs a punch with its varying flavours and texture, and makes a delectable treat for four persons.
The best-selling Traditional Hakka Rice Dumpling ($18.80 per piece) is a perpetual favourite features generous fillings of juicy iberico pork belly, Japanese mushroom, dried shrimp, chestnut, salted yolk and fermented bean curd.
