This signature Yu Sheng is also available for takeaway or delivery, perfect for joyous celebrations at home.
Among the festive highlights is the celebrated Roasted Suckling Pig, an annual tradition and signature creation by Chinese Executive Chef Ku Keung. For the Year of the Snake, this indulgent dish features glutinous rice with abalone, sea cucumber, and fish maw, showcasing Chef Ku’s mastery of Cantonese culinary traditions.
