This year, diners are in luck and you can look forward to feast in over 90 dishes and featuring six live stations at the first-ever Halal Pop-Up Buffet Restaurant this Ramadhan Season at Hilton Singapore! The buffet restaurant is situated at level 24 which is the highest floor of the hotel. Diners can enjoy the sumptuous feast while overlooking the panoramic skyline view of Orchard Road.

Hot items station featuring porridge like Bubur Lambuk Daging
To break your fast and awaken your senses, you can first choose to prepare your own rojak at the Singapore Rojak station and there are also Malay salads with items like Kerabu Mango Salad with Prawn, Acar-Acar, Kueh Pie Tee, Tahu Sumbat, various Malay dips and or enjoy hot items like Bubur Lambuk Daging or Soups like Indonesian Soup Buntut and Seafood Tom Yam Soup to warm up your tummy before going for the hearty main courses
Feast on various seafood on ice like Canadian Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Black Mussels and Lala Clams.

It’s time for main courses, look out for chef’s specialties like Beef Rendang, Udang Balado, Ayam Masak Merah, Ikan Masak Asam Pedas, Nasi Goreng Kampung and not forgetting the all time favourite, assorted satays of Chicken and Lamb with peanut sauce with accompaniment like rice, onions, pineapples and cucumbers. If you crave for soupy items and noodles, visit the live station where chef will whip up a hot, piping bowl of Penang Assam Laksa that will surely satisfy you.

The popular and must-try live stations are Roasted Whole Baby Lamb, Ayam Percik with Spicy Sambal and noodle live station, Penang Assam Laksa. It’s not easy to find good ayam percik in Singapore and we rated this as one of the best we have tasted in Singapore. Ayam percik is grilled marinated chicken basted with a spiced coconut milk gravy.

This is the first time Hilton Singapore offers this buffet during the Muslim holy month of Ramadhan. Kudos to the F&B team behind this unique buffet spread which took a lot of effort to prepare and of course it is Halal-certified by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS). If you have not been to a Ramadhan buffet in our multi-racial, multi-cultural society, you should at least try once.
