Damien: For me, balance is everything. As the Chief Marketing Officer of Nature’s Farm, I firmly believe that achieving and maintaining balance is key to both personal wellbeing and professional success. It is about taking care of oneself while also embracing life’s joys. For instance, when I am on holiday, I allow myself to indulge in the foods I enjoy, but I ensure to return to regular exercise and sports activities once I am back in Singapore. I believe that being overly restrictive can lead to unnecessary stress, which is counterproductive. This philosophy greatly influences our approach at Nature’s Farm, where we aim to develop products and marketing strategies that encourage effective, enjoyable wellness supplements for our customers.
