The Fresh Alaskan King Crabmeat is elegantly served with Spaghettini in Dried Scallop XO Chilli Sauce, while the Stuffed Sea Cucumber with Hokkaido Scallop Mousse, topped with caviar and immersed in a delicate watercress broth, elevates the experience to new heights.
