Calling foodies! This coming Ramadan, enjoy a hearty Iftar with your family and friends at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium’s Halal-certified buffet featuring local and international favourites.
Stealing the limelight this year is the Whole Spice Roast Baby Lamb. Available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for dinner only, this tender roast comes with pita bread, sambal belacan, spicy kicap manis, yoghurt dip and tomato salsa with jalapeno. Definitely a must-eat at the buffet!
Apart from the above exclusives, diners can also expect a BBQ feast for dinner. On rotation, expect 3 to 4 items from this list every night – otah-otah, Marinated Grilled Chicken Drumstick, Honey Chicken Wings, Roast Chicken, Sirloin Steak, Sambal Squid, Grilled Fish and Corn on Cob.
MALAY CUISINE & SIGNATURE DISHES
For diners who prefer Malay cuisine, keep a lookout for Gado-Gado, Ayam Pongteh, Ayam Masak Merah, Beef Rendang, Udang lemak Nenas, Mutton Rendang, Sayur Lodeh, Ikan Assam Pedas and more. All items are on rotation.
Atrium Restaurant’s buffet menu with over 40 dishes also includes the popular Slow-baked Whole Norwegian Salmon that comes with an array of highly raved chili sauces and Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock’s Signature Laksa. Chef Chua used to work overseas when he was an apprentice and whenever he misses Singapore, it’s laksa that comforts him. However, it’s not readily found overseas so through trial and error, he finally came up with his own recipe that reminds him fondly of home.
