Baby Lamb Spare Rib ‘Satay’ and Signature Chilli Crab ‘Sheng Jian Bao’
This flavourful baby lamb turns into the most tender and juicy satay that is a hot favourite for diners at the buffet. Singapore’s famous chilli crab comes in the form of ‘Sheng Jian Bao’ with the outer layer beautifully pan-fried till crispy and stuffed with generous chunks of crab meat in chilli sauce.
One of the biggest attractions of this buffet is the durian especially for durian lovers. Diners can indulge in Deep-fried D24 Durian Fritter, as well as fresh durian at the al fresco station.
