Our team went for a media food tasting to try out the sumptuous dishes that will be served at Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant. Here’s the highlights of the Chinese New Year dishes as follows:
Alaskan Crab with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce Yu Sheng
This is the star of its Chinese New Year dishes that is available in small and large portion, for dining in and takeaway. Using fresh Alaskan crab meat and the dish is drizzled with creamy Salted Egg Yolk sauce that gives this unique Yu Sheng dish an extra oomph! Toss to a prosperous new year with this innovative and addictive Yu Sheng!
There are four other Yu Sheng selections available; from the best-selling Xin’s Signature Gold Leaf Salmon Yu Sheng to Vegetarian Abalone Yu Sheng to Sliced 2 Headed or Baby Abalone Yu Sheng. Additional Salmon, Abalone and Crackers can be added to the order with a minimal charge.

Abalone Treasure Pot
Treasure Pot or commonly known as Pen Cai is a traditional Chinese festive dish that is usually served during Chinese New Year. This is a one pot goodness that is filled with layers and layers of premium ingredients like abalone, prawns, sea cucumber, dried oysters, scallops and others. This Abalone Treasure Pot consists of Whole Abalone, Fresh Scallop, Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber, Live Prawn, Roast Meat and many more!
Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Preserved Meat
