This June holidays, come and join in an afternoon of educational and fun-filled activities to learn more about good nutrition and mental wellness tips for both mummy and child (2 to 6 years old only). Ms Chua Kay Tse, Blackmores’ in-house Naturopath, will be sharing more on the importance and ways of keeping a balanced diet and Ms Helen Clare Rozario, mindfulness coach and new-mum, will be going through a series of mindful tools and activities to help participants understand and cope better with the stressors of parenting life that you’ll leave this event feeling good both on the inside, as well as on the outside!
To participate in this event, the child has to be between 2 to 6 years old.
Dress code: Please come in comfortable exercise gear.

About Ms Chua Kay Tse – Speaker
Ms Chua Kay Tse is a qualified Naturopath, Health Educator, Nutritionist and Iridologist. For seventeen years, she has been extensively involved in naturopathy and has been actively pursuing in-depth natural health studies for the past decade in both the United States and in Australia. She obtained her training and qualifications in the United States in Doctor of Naturopathy (ND), Master Iridologist (MI), Master in Herbology (MH) and obtained highest honours in Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition. She was also trained and certified in Australia by Blackmores Institute in Evidence-based Complementary Medicine as a certified health education trainer and by The College of Iridology Research Integrated Subjects (IRIS) in Integrated Iridology – clinical Iridology practice.
She is the first and only Singaporean trained and certified as Instructor and Designation Certified Iridologist in the United States in Comprehensive Iridology™ by the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA) and by The Natural Associations of Certified Natural Health Professionals (CNHP) in Nutrition, Body Systems, Iridology I, II and Body Work. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Natural Health Science/Natural Medicine.
