The F&B entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience under his belt shows that daddy belongs in the kitchen too! With over 30 piping hot claypot and hotplate dishes, each perfected through years of cooking with love and passion for his daughter, Claypot Daddy blazes its way to the heart and stomach of every family at Changi Airport this January.
It all started in Daddy’s steamy little kitchen, where he stumbled into a fiery affair with the humble claypot — a partner who knew how to handle the heat. Daddy discovered its secret: the ability to lock in scorching heat, keeping it irresistibly hot and tantalisingly steamy, bite after bite. With just the right amount of fire, Daddy coaxed out the secrets hidden deep within, teasing bold flavours until they were ready to explode. The claypot didn’t just deliver — it ensured a heat that lasts well beyond the first taste.
Word spread quickly about Daddy’s irresistible creations, each one a slow burn of pure satisfaction. That’s how Claypot Daddy was born, where every dish is so hot they will leave you craving for more.

Each item on Claypot Daddy’s menu stays true to Daddy’s motto: Peak moments are thrilling but fleeting. True satisfaction lies in keeping it hot and steamy for the long haul. They are all made to pair perfectly with rice or porridge of your choice, also cooked up and served in a claypot.
If you don’t know where to start, look forward to Daddy’s Signatures of bold, unforgettable flavours you can’t miss in items like Daddy’s Signature Treasures ($18.90), a rich claypot medley of a mix of premium ingredients cooked to perfection. A spicy punch can be found with the Daddy’s Signature Mala Pot ($13.90) a sizzling pot packed with Daddy’s favourite ingredients in a spicy mala sauce or Daddy’s Favourite Curry Chicken ($8.90), a thick curry chicken slow-cooked over 48 hours for a classic, comforting curry full of spice and flavour. When it comes to hot plates, miss not the Hotplate Hong Shao Tofu ($8.90) of silky tofu sizzled on a hot plate and doused in a savoury sweet-sour sauce as well as Signature Hotplate Tofu ($8.90) of tofu seared to smokey goodness on a bed of chicken egg omelette.

When it comes to Claypot Classics, expect all the dishes that tempt with excitement balanced with familiarity. The Gong Bao Series (from $8.90) fires up your choice of chicken, prawns or fish with tons of chillies, cashews and a sticky black sauce for servings of generous hot and spicy. Not amiss is the Bean Paste Series (from $8.90) that also cooks chicken, prawns or fish in an aromatic fermented bean paste with fresh aromatics.

For crisp herbaceousness, Daddy’s Scallion Claypot (from $9.90) lends the sharp punch of scallion and ginger to your choice of beef or fish. Other dishes sure to satisfy and satiate include the Daddy’s Stir Fried Clams ($9.90) that fries up lala with or without chilli padi, Daddy’s Fish Fillet Curry ($14.90) that promises a savoury and tangy delight of a creamy fish curry sweetened with tender fish fillet and Daddy’s Glass Noodle ($10.90) of springy glass noodles fragranced with a generous cracking of black pepper.
