FESTIVE BUFFET AND SEASONAL OFFERINGS AT GREENHOUSE

Greenhouse presents a specially curated buffet dinner, exclusively available from 25 January to 1 February 2025. The Lunar New Year Buffer Dinner displays a selection of signature Cantonese dishes with signature recipes from our esteemed in-house Cantonese Master Chef, Chef Chan.

With 35 years of culinary expertise, Chef Chan brings the authentic, time-honoured flavours of Cantonese cuisine straight to the heart of your celebration. The flavourful Chinese Seafood Treasure Pot features a medley of treasured delicacies from South African 6-head abalone, sea cucumber to scallops simmered in a hearty base of Ibérico pork, abalone essence, amidst other ingredients. Another iconic signature is the Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Stir Fried Soft Shell Crab. Originating from a typhoon shelter in Hong Kong, this dish features crabs deep-fried to a golden hue and stir-fried with a blend of traditional seasoning. The meal then concludes on a sweet note with the refreshing Aiyu Jello with Calamansi or a traditional touch of Deep Fried Sweet Rice Cake (Nian Gao).

Embrace the spirit of the Lunar New Year with a range of auspicious delicacies from the Festive A La Carte Menu. Welcoming the Snake Year with a toss is the Prosperity Yu Sheng, a symbol of growth and prosperity, available with golden abalone or fresh salmon. For a prosperous start to the year, indulge in the Sake Marinated Baby Abalone – an exquisite fusion of tender baby abalone paired with juicy tomatoes and Chinese spices. Delicately marinated in premium Japanese sake and served with dry ice, the dish offers a rich and smoky flavour experience. Complete the celebration with other time-honoured dishes such as Hokkaido Scallop with Egg White and Broccoli Flower and Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Oyster and Black Moss for longevity and good fortune.
