Lace up your shoes and get ready to step up for a good cause because McHappy Day 2024 has officially kicked off! This year, McDonald’s® Singapore is putting the fun in fundraising with the launch of limited-edition Ronald & Grimace Mismatched Socks. Featuring the beloved McDonaldland characters, Grimace and Ronald McDonald, these fun and quirky socks are here to brighten up your wardrobe while making a meaningful impact.
From 15 – 31 October 2024, the Ronald & Grimace Mismatched Socks will be available for purchase island-wide in-store, for takeaway, or via Drive-Thrus for just $10 a pair. All nett proceeds raised from the sale of socks will go towards the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Singapore, supporting families with seriously ill children. This support includes the upkeep of the Ronald McDonald House (NUH) and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms (NUH and IMH), which are places of respite for families as they care for their children just steps away in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit or High Dependency wards at NUH, and the outpatient clinic at IMH. The family-centred care approach has proven to benefit both families and their sick children who are often on a prolonged medical journey.
“McHappy Day has always been about bringing people together to make a positive impact in the lives of families who need it most. Every sock purchase is more than just a contribution – it’s a way to show compassion and support for families facing challenging times. Together, we can create a culture of care,” expressed Benjamin Boh, Managing Director of McDonald’s Singapore.
The limited-edition McHappy Day Ronald & Grimace Mismatched Socks are available in adult sizes only, with each pair uniquely mismatched – perfect for anyone looking to add a pop of personality to their outfit while contributing to a meaningful cause.
