Enjoy delectable skewers (串串) such as Bacon with Enoki Mushroom (培根金针菇), Braised Chicken Feet (卤鸡脚) , Spicy Beef (泡椒牛肉), Special Recipe Chicken (蜜汁鸡肉), Smoked Duck (熏鸭), Chongqing Bacon (重庆腊肉), Seafood Tofu (海鲜豆腐), Cheese Tofu (芝士豆腐), Fresh Prawn (美人虾), Lobster Ball (龙虾丸) and more. You can choose from their extensive selection of nutritious and tasty soups such as Mala (麻辣), Pickled Vegetable (开胃酸菜锅底) Tomato (美容养颜番茄锅底), Chicken (三鲜鸡汤锅底) and Mushroom (养生蘑菇汤锅底).
We had 4 different flavour soups consisting of Mala 麻辣锅底(清油), Green Pepper Chilli Mala 李记独特青一色锅底 , Chicken 三鲜鸡汤锅底 and Tomato 番茄锅底. We were told that the Mala soup bases have been adapted to suit Singaporeans’ tastebuds which is less spicy and salty as compared to the China’s version. If you enjoy spicy flavour, you have to go for its aromatic Mala soup bases. For those who prefer non spicy, go for its Chicken and Mushroom soup bases which are rich and flavourful.
The skewers are at $0.50 cents per stick and highlights are:
香菜牛肉 Beef with Coriander Skewer
香菜猪肉 Pork with Coriander Skewer
秘制鸡肉 Special Recipe Chicken
芝士豆腐 Cheese Tofu
These skewers are not that common in hotpot restaurants in Singapore, it reminds us of lok lok at the first instance. The meat has been well-marinated, very tender and juicy. In addition to meat skewers, there are also vegetables such as lotus root, potato, winter melon, mushrooms and others for your hotpot selection.
You can also choose delicacies such as lobster meat to go along with your hotpot. The meat is very fresh and succulent. For full menu, please go to :https://lijichuanchuan.sg/
