This is a delightful showcase of Crab Dim Sum with Deep-Fried Singapore Style White Pepper Crab Bun (黄金白胡椒蟹包) at $8++ for 2 pieces; Poached Crab Dumpling with Crab Roe Superior Stock (蟹粉上汤伴蟹肉水饺) at $16++ for 2 pieces and Steamed Crab Crystal Dumpling (鲜蟹水晶饺) at $8++ for 2 pieces. We especially love the Deep-Fried Singapore Style White Pepper Crab Bun which is a must-try, the crispy golden-brown bun is filled with piping hot delicious white pepper crab meat.
Deep-Fried Crab with Chicken Floss & Salted Egg (黄日肉松斯里兰卡蟹) at $50++ per 550-600g portion.
This popular crab dish is making a comeback this year with two of Singaporeans most favourite flavours, chicken floss and salted egg. The irresistible, aromatic dish is fried using a combination of curry powder, deepfried garlic, chicken floss and salted egg. It is a joy to tuck into this savoury crab and the meat is so fresh, sweet and firm.
Braised Crab with Green Chilli Sauce & Superior Stock (青椒浓汤斯里兰卡蟹) at $56++ per 550-600g portion.
This innovative dish is making its first appearance featuring a whole crab and using fresh ingredients such as green chilli, Chinese parsley and Chinese celery and immerse in the restaurant’s superior stock that has been made from scratch in-house. The stock has been boiled for four to six hours using old fowl, chicken feet and more resulting in a rich, nutritious and flavourful soup base.
Braised Crab with Vermicelli & Superior Stock (斯里兰卡蟹焖粉) at $58++ per 550-600g portion
If you can’t take spicy, try this classic and mild flavour braised crab noodle dish. The crab is braised using signature superior stock and served with fine, silky smooth rice vermicelli filled with meaty fresh crab.
Steamed Crab with Glutinous Rice & Minced Pork in Lotus Leaf (荷香斯里兰卡蟹肉末蒸糯米) at $58++ per 550-600g portion.
This is a classic dim sum dish with glutinous rice generously filled with fresh crab meat and flavourful minced pork wrapped in steamed lotus leaves that releases a pleasing earthy aroma. Simply irresistible!
