The Art of Speed On The Road II by Playeum

Playeum The Art of Speed On The Road II ExxonMobil

This March school holidays, children aged between 8 and 12 will be able to learn science and mathematics concepts through fun and play at Playeum’s Art of Speed On The Road II.

With Playeum’s supporter and donor, ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, The Art of Speed On The Road II, features a two-hour programme centered on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics).

This programme, a spin-off from Playeum’s first hands-on exhibition The Art of Speed conceived by Creative Director Isabelle Desjeux, is aimed at encouraging and nurturing interest in mathematics and science, by helping children to understand these concepts that are applied in everyday fun experiences.

The Art of Speed On The Road II is a two-hour programme centered around STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics). Facilitated by Playeum’s playmakers, children will get to explore the concept of speed and physics through carefully designed activities. Working with recycled materials and electronics such as LED lights, motors, batteries and more, the activities play an emphasis on discovery, experimentation and the importance of process.
