If you are thinking of furthering your studies in Europe, there is an upcoming education fair organised by the EU Delegation to Singapore – Study In Europe 2017.
Nations from across Europe will be represented at the annual Study In Europe education fair. In its 11th year, Study In Europe presents the many diverse study programmes on offer throughout Europe and highlights a range of scholarship options that could make studying in Europe easier for students. Study in Europe 2017 will be held in Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The popular annual education fair seeks to connect students in Singapore with universities in Europe and provide them access to information about institutions they might be interested in studying at, the application process together with details of various bond-free scholarships.
Organised by the European Union (EU) Delegation to Singapore, this fair brings together 13 European countries. The countries represented at the fair are Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Targeted at students as well as researchers and academics in Singapore, Study In Europe aims to provide them access to opportunities in Europe that they might not be aware of.
The fair highlights the many programmes offered across universities in Europe while at the same time dispelling many of the assumptions and concerns that international students may have about studying in Europe. This includes providing information about the many universities in continental Europe, where courses are conducted in English.
2017 also marks 30 years of the European Union’s European Erasmus programme, a student exchange programme offering university students the possibility of studying or doing an internship in another country. Now known as Erasmus+, the programme extends its funding to include support for education and training staff, youth workers, partnerships between universities, colleges, schools, enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations. Visitors will be able to find out more about the Erasmus+ programme at the fair.
