The Singapore Science Festival (SSF) 2019 organized by Science Centre Singapore and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is back for its 19th edition.

The Singapore Science Festival is an annual national event that celebrates the role science, technology, engineering and mathematics (S.T.E.M.) plays in shaping our lives and in sculpting our future. This year’s theme, “This is Science”, aims to show everyone that science is in our everyday lives and showcase the amazing scientific properties that live in the simplest of things – things we use and rely on every single day and probably never think about.
SSF 2019 will be happening from 30 August to 14 September. With more than 50 shows, exhibitions, workshops and activities lined up, get ready to bring your inner scientist out to play! More information can be found here.
In addition, ahead of the upcoming September school holidays, Science Centre Singapore is presenting a host of fun-filled events all the way till October that will appeal to both the young and the young at heart.
There’s definitely something for everyone, with activities ranging from a new exhibition introducing visitors to the world of Quantum Technologies, to an interactive promenade theatre performance, “Catalysts”, where kids will get to interact live with the performers.
