During the media tasting session, our group visited two of the fine restaurants at Quayside Isle @ Sentosa Cove. They are &MADE Burger Bistro L’Entrecôte Express (#01-03) and Gin Khao Bistro (#01-12).
First stop at &MADE Burger Bistro L’Entrecôte Express known as Singapore’s top burger joint. If you love burgers, this is the place to visit and indulge in a wide selection of different variation of juicy burgers to choose from.
Some of the mouthwatering burgers that we have tried consisted of The B Burger which is the most popular burger with a juicy dry aged beef patty top with caramelized onion, French Comte cheese, caper and garlic mayonnaise and The 3 Little Pigs with pork fillet, bacon & chorizo patty, spicy yuzu-kosho mayonnaise, shibazuke, shitake & white cabbage with a flavourful roasted sesame dressing. These unique hand-crafted burgers are made by its talented chefs who drew inspiration from traditional dishes across the world while coming up with interesting selection of delicious burgers. You can have a hearty meal as all burgers are served in a good size with pocket friendly prices ranging from $14 to $22. You can choose from a selection of 13 burgers varieties.
Parents will be delighted to know that kids meal is only at $10 which comes with a mini burger and dessert. Parents can enjoy their meals while the kids are kept occupied with a drawing/colouring area provided by the restaurant.
Kids are excited to know that they can get free cotton candy too!
For those with sweet tooths, you will be pleased to know that the restaurant has a delicious array of original creations from Chocolate Mousse to the Profiteroles de L’

2nd stop at Gin Khao Bistro where diners can indulge in fine Thai cuisine. If you are a Thai food lover or if you would like to try out Thai food, this is the place to visit.
Gin Khao Bistro has been awarded the Singapore Successful Brand 2015/2016 award features a comfortable, spacious casual dining restaurant setting that is good for family and friends to gather while enjoying a delicious Thai meal. It serves Thai street delights like Gin Khao signature green papaya/mango salad, Spicy marinated tom yum chicken wings deep fried to a golden perfection, prawn and green mango relish served with rice crackers, pan-seared squids coated in savoury salted egg cream and many more. Some of the food can be spicy but if you can’t take too spicy food, you can inform the kitchen to tone down on the spicy part or serve with the non-spicy version if you prefer.

Some interesting dishes that we would like to highlight are Paw Pia Tod, deep fried prawn spring rolls served with thai sweet chilli sauce. The spring rolls are crispy and tasty that we can’t stop eating. Crayfish served with Glass Noodles in Claypot, this is absolutely divine with succulent, juicy crayfish with glass noodles that are soaked in the goodness of the delicious gravy.
Most of us have tried Pineapple fried rice, have you tried Watermelon fried rice before? This is an unique tasty dish that is worth trying out when you visit the restaurant. The rice is fragrant and savoury which is filled generously with various ingredients like pork floss, cashew nuts, seafood surrounded by cubes of fried juicy watermelon cubes.

Because being there feels like being overseas, in the Mediterranean of the tropics, with a very realaxing vibe and magnificent views of the marina.
