Paradise Dynasty has launched its first-ever brown sugar lava xiao long bao that is exclusively available at its brand-new Suntec City outlet. The new outlet consists of 102-seater. To celebrate this special occasion, taking on the trend and inspired by the brown sugar pearl milk’s craze, the kitchen team has come up with new Brown Sugar Lava Xiao Long Bao!
The Brown Sugar Lava Xiao Long Bao is pleated using the brand’s golden formula of 18 exquisite folds featuring delicate and thin skin that is filled with addictive brown sugar and coconut strips that provides a delightful explosion of flavours in your mouth!
Diners at the new outlet can look forward to enjoy the eight cuisines of China under one roof consisting of Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan and Zhejiang. Here’s the highlights of some of the dishes as follows:
The Century Egg with Vinaigrette and Chilli Oil (S$5.80) presents coddled eggs that have a wonderful smooth texture and eat it together with its dressings for the added kick!
The Radish Pastry (S$6.80 for 3 pieces), the radish is first stir-fried, encased within the dough and deep-fried for eight minutes. It consists of a total of 54 flaky layers that will crumbles with every bite. It is a delight to pop this skillfully made pastry into your mouth.
Drunken Chicken (S$9.80) is marinated with a blend of yellow wine, soy sauce, sliced ginger, spring oil and pepper. The meat has been deboned before it is served. The meat is wonderfully flavourful, moist and tender.
Stir-fried French Bean with Minced Pork and Preserved Olive Vegetable (S$12.80) is fried using a mix of scallion oil, oyster sauce, bean paste, soy sauce spring onion and yellow wine that gives a wonderful aroma to this delicious vegetable dish.
Crispy Pork Chop (S$11) is marinaded with soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, five spice powder, scallion, ginger and garlic. This succulent and delectable meat will be very popular for both adults and kids especially if you are a meat lover.
Fried Rice in Shanghai Style (S$12.80) is wonderfully stir-fried with a medley of shrimp, minced pork and chopped kai lan, all tossed with fluffy grains of rice that will make you crave for more!
