This fabulous spread features unlimited foie gras, Alaskan crab, oysters from across the globe, grilled lobster and delicacies that is sure to delight foodies and satisfy your craving for exceptional food!
Here’s some of the highlights of the Sunday Brunch as follows:
Enjoy unlimited delicious and silky smooth pan fried foie gras complimented with a yuzu gel and slow roast fig.
If you love duck meat, you must try the roasted duck with five spice gravy served with pancake, leek and spring onion that is so full of flavour and the meat simply melts in your mouth.
Delight your taste buds with a wide array of fresh seafood featuring Alaskan Crab, Prawns and Oysters from around the world like Australia, Canada, France, Ireland and Scotland. Drizzle the special shallot vinegar that will further enhance the mineral flavour from the oysters that gives a lovely sweetness.
More seafood is available outdoor where you can indulge in grilled lobster using charcoal grill. The rock lobster is marinated with a blend of Creole spice cooked to perfection and you can also enjoy moreish garlicky jumbo clams.
Mala lovers can look forward to choose from a selection of fresh ingredients and tantalising spices at the new mala stir-fry live station. Let the chef whip up the dish in accordance with your preference.
Signature egg dishes and sliders of the day cooked a la minute are also available at the live stations.
