1. Families for Life: “Raising Resilient Children” Parents Seminar
Held in partnership with SportSG, the Families for Life: Raising Resilient Children Parents Seminar will tackle the important role of active parenting in raising resilient and confident children and help parents to cultivate the mindset of a champion in their tweens and teens. Parents will be able to have their questions answered and more through insightful talks and a panel discussion with parenting and education experts, including highly experienced Family Life Educator, Charis Patrick, who will share key parenting strategies to raise a resilient and confident child.
Parents can also look forward to a personal sharing by Colin and May Schooling, parents of Olympian Joseph Schooling, on their parenting journey in this half-day seminar.

2. Families for Life P.L.A.Y. Camps
Kickstart the June school holidays with Families for Life P.L.A.Y. Camps which will take place over two weekends this year for more families to enjoy!
Held in partnership with PAssion WaVe, the 2D1N family camps are specially organised with activities to foster family bonding and build stronger ties between parents and children! There will be an array of fun, outdoor activities that include Parent-Child Kayaking* (at Sembawang) or Rock Climbing* (at Pasir Ris) guided by PAssion WaVe’s instructors, a “Race to Connect” family challenge that takes family fun to a whole new level, and stargazing activities.
Apart from these interactive and adrenaline-inducing activities, parents can also pick up useful tips at the FAMILY 365 workshop on “Reaching the Heart of Your Child” during the camp to help them forge stronger relationships with their tweens and teens.
