Toss to prosperity and good luck with Song Garden’s signature Salmon & Fresh Fruit Yu Sheng, this is a refreshing twist of a medley of five fresh fruits (Dragon Fruit, Rock Melon, Apples, Mango and Pear) in addition to traditional carrot salads. If you like to go for a more luxurious version, you can choose from a selection of Bamboo Lobster, Abalone or Kanpachi Yu Sheng.

This is a luxurious and sumptuous pot filled to the brim with delicious premium ingredients like Japanese 8-head Abalone, Roast Duck, Crispy Pork Belly, Dried Oysters, Sea cucumber, Scallop, Song Garden’s Supreme Fortune Pot (Pen Cai) is simply decadence in a nostalgic flavour pot that has been cooked over the stove for two and a half hours. Other delectable ingredients include Prawn Balls, Lotus Roots, Cabbage, Radish, Black Mushroom, Beancurd Skin, Black Fungus and Fatt Choy with quality stock in a casserole pot that is available for a la carte and takeaway at $388++ for Regular and $688++ for Large. 

Golden Pillow White Pepper Pork Spare Ribs Bun

This is an impressive and unique dish that has been encased in a golden baked homemade bun to symbolize wealth in the coming Year of the Pig. Once the bun is cut opened, you can indulge in savoury pork spare ribs that have been slow braised till tender with Executive Chef Wong’s homemade recipe of white pepper & shiitake mushroom sauce for 1 hour before serving.

The Celebration ($898++ per table of 10), Harmony ($1298++ per table of 10), Wealth ($1698++ per table of 10) and Treasure ($2688++ per table of 10) menus are perfect for large group reunion of ten featuring ravishing dishes for an unforgettable feast. 

For small-scale gathering, indulge in an equally extravagant meal with the Longevity ($98++ per person), Prosperity ($158++ per person), Jubilant ($188++ per person), and Happiness ($228++ per person) menus available with minimum two persons order. Vegetarian set menu options ($88++ per person) are also available as well as a range of festive takeaway goodies.

Enjoy a sumptuous reunion meal of the same flavours in the comfort of your home with Song Garden’s specially curated Home Reunion Takeaway Set (from $498++) comprising of Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng, Song Garden Supreme Fortune Pot, Crispy Honey Roasted Chicken, Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Waxed Meat, Deep-fried Glutinous Rice Cake.
