Fresh seafood like crayfish, prawns, mussels, Japanese delights like salmon sashimi and sushi and more are available.
A wide range of hot, delicious items for you to indulge in featuring the popular, flavourful salted egg chicken & fish skin that is crispy and very addictive!
Lamb Chop with Black Pepper Sauce, the meat has been marinated very well, it is moist, juicy and tender.
Blanquette of seabass, the meat is so fresh, very soft and eating fish is always good for health. Fish is high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids and provides nutrients essential for our diet.
Seafood like Black Pepper Slipper Lobster and Cheese Crab are always very popular with diners. The lobster is a delight to tuck in, the fresh lobster meat is well-flavoured with aromatic black pepper. The Cheese Crab is unique to us as this is the first time, we tried with cheese, it is enjoyable to suck the cheese from the crab as we bite into the succulent crab meat.
The buffet spread also includes local delights like Chicken Rice. We enjoyed the smooth, silky chicken with flavourful and fluffy rice.
There is also a Ramen station where Chef will whip up a steaming hot bowl of ramen in rich broth with vegetables, meat and egg.
Tiffany Café & Restaurant serves an extensive range of mouth-watering desserts from cakes, pastries, mousse, sweets, chocolate fondue, fresh fruits to ice cream.
Special mention to Durian Pengat, this is the restaurant’s most popular dessert, it consists of whipped durians topped with cookie crumble. A must-try dessert at the buffet.

A massive spread awaits with the main highlights being the Whole Roasted Australian Beef Sirloin and Roasted Whole Lamb Ouzi! Lots of other Ramadan and International delights to be enjoyed including fresh Seafood on Ice, plenty of appetizers and mains but my personal recommendation is the Laksa made fresh to order! And for dessert, there s an awesome Cendol LIVE station but it ll be hard to resist a slice or two of the signature Hilton Cheesecake ??
