This coming Chinese New Year, enjoy a gastronomic journey with scrumptious delights from  Peppermint (formerly known as AquaMarine) and Peach Blossoms at the newly transformed  PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. Diners can choose to indulge in a wide array of mouth-watering feasts in the new garden-in-a-hotel, where lush, landscaped walls intertwine with cinematic architecture to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience in Singapore or have the meals delivered to you at the comfort of your own home.

If you prefer à la carte buffet, Peppermint, the brand new restaurant is a fabulous place to visit where you can look forward to feast on an auspicious spread of dishes like Singapore Chili Baby Rock Lobster, Stewed Abalone on Egg White Tobiko Cloud as well as Chicken Fish Maw Soup. Our team went for a media food tasting to try out the sumptuous and innovative Chinese New Year dishes at Peppermint. Here’s the highlights of the Chinese New Year dishes as follows: 

Flavoursome and nutritious free-range chicken and fish maw soup

Prosperity Pot (L) and Stewed abalone on egg white tobiko cloud (R)

Prosperity Pot, this sumptuous pot is filled with mouth-watering treasures like abalone, stewed sea cucumber, Japanese shiitake mushrooms, smoked duck, chinese cabbage and daikon. Tender and juicy stewed abalone on egg white tobiko cloud.

Singapore Chili Baby Rock Lobster, inspired by local flavours, this heavenly fresh lobster is spicy and so savoury. 

Roast duck with Angelica sauce, this nourishing and aromatic dish uses Angelica sauce also known as dang gui, a herb this is good for our body, helps to enrich blood, promote blood circulation and strengthen immune system. 

Crispy Sheng Mian with golden pumpkin crab sauce, this crunchy noodle dish is drizzled with rich sauce and topped with fresh crab meat. So yummy! 

Chinese New Year goodies, enjoy and indulge in a variety of great tasting goodies such as pineapple ball, kueh bangkit, spicy prawn rolls. 

Exclusively on Chinese New Year’s Eve, indulge in the Prosperity Pot, which includes abalone, sea cucumber, dried flower mushrooms and smoked duck, followed by the Baby Rock Lobster with Chili Crab Sauce, as well as the Imperial Seafood Soup with Puff Rice.

The newly revamped Peach Blossoms ushers in the Year of the Ox with a fresh and contemporary energy, featuring specially curated set menus and a plethora of exquisite à la carte dishes including signature favourites like Stewed Mung Bean Noodles with Drunken Crab in 10-year Gu Yue Long Shan Rice Wine as well as the luscious Coconut Parfait with Red Ruby. For a truly indulgent festive meal, the Harvest Set Menu offers Prosperity Yellowtail Yu Sheng with Sea Whelk, Fish Roe and Organic Mixed Fruits, Braised South African Abalone with Glutinous Rice and Smoked Chicken Wing, as well as a delectable sweet trio of Double-boiled Bird’s Nest with Papaya and Egg, Cream of Walnut, Three-layer Reunion Nian Gao with Minced Peanuts and Butter Cookies.
