Singapore’s homegrown bakery brand, BreadTalk launched its first global store concept at Vivocity mall which aspired to provide customers with an unique experience of enjoying more than 50 delicious brand new items incorporating natural ingredients specially developed by its international Master Chefs. The new concept store also include baking artistry and digital technology that will be rolled out across all BreadTalk outlets in Singapore.
Digital technology initiatives by BreadTalk include having an integrated system that will connect the internal kitchen baking processes to external digital screens in the store. Its first-ever digital “Hot and Fresh” notification system will keep customers informed when their favourite freshly baked breads are available in real time.
You will also able to register your mobile with the store that will prompt you in advance when your breads are ready, good for those who are working nearby to buy your favourite breads when ready.

The new store identity is inspired by the Chefs’ Table brings to life the creations of its Chefs at the centrepiece Island Bar that combines the kitchen and the service area harmoniously. It features a contemporary design of a neutral colour palette that accentuates the appeal of golden-baked breads. Natural soothing hues, combined with the generous use of oak veneers, create a welcoming atmosphere in this 700 sq ft outlet.

BreadTalk’s Master Chefs Shin Horie from Japan, Alan Zou from Taiwan and Janson Loo from Singapore have developed and introduced 50 unique new recipes for the first time in Singapore that focused on creating perfect harmony among textures, flavours and ingredients, the recipes are inspired from each Master Chef’s personal take on classic simplicity using a selection of premium natural ingredients with no artificial elements, additives or preservatives are included during the baking or cooking processes.
